First, wait 15 minutes — network delays can sometimes slow things down. If the issue persists, copy the transaction ID from your Mobile Pay/Nagad app and send it to qp999 Live Chat. Most cases are resolved within 1 hour. Never deposit through a third party.

The daily withdrawal limit at qp999 is ৳1,00,000, with a weekly cap of ৳5,00,000. VIP members have separate, higher limits. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.

Yes, qp999 supports deposits and withdrawals in USDT (TRC20 & ERC20), Bitcoin, and Ethereum. There are no fees on crypto deposits, and processing times depend on blockchain confirmation.

The welcome bonus is automatically credited on your first deposit to a new account — no code needed. The bonus is worth up to ৳5,000. To qualify, make your first deposit within 48 hours of registration with a minimum of ৳500.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — you must first meet a wagering requirement. For example, a 5x wagering requirement means you need to place ৳5,000 in bets before withdrawing a ৳1,000 bonus. Most bonuses at qp999 carry a 5x–10x wagering requirement, which is quite low compared to the market.

There are a few possible reasons: your deposit may be below the minimum amount, the registration window may have expired, or the bonus code wasn't applied correctly. Contact qp999 Live Chat with your deposit transaction ID for a quick resolution.

Yes, qp999 offers live betting — you can place bets even after a match has started. Keep in mind that odds change quickly in live betting, so fast decisions matter. Some markets also close for new bets after a certain point in the match.

If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet is automatically refunded to your wallet. In an accumulator bet, a cancelled match is assigned odds of 1.00. Note that once a bet is confirmed, you generally cannot cancel it yourself.

In handicap betting, the weaker team is given a virtual head start. For example, a -1.5 run handicap on Bangladesh means they must win by at least 2 runs. This levels the playing field between two unevenly matched teams, making the bet more balanced.

Start by refreshing your browser (F5 or Ctrl+R), then clear your browser cache. Make sure you're using the latest version of Chrome or Firefox. On mobile, try switching between WiFi and mobile data. If you're using a VPN, turn it off and try again.

If your connection drops, the game will pause. Once you reconnect and log back in, you'll resume right where you left off. Any slots round interrupted mid-spin is automatically settled by qp999. For issues during Live Casino games, please contact support.

There's no separate app to download for qp999. Just open qp999.biz in your mobile browser — Chrome or Safari — and you'll get the fully mobile-optimized version. You can also add a shortcut to your home screen for quick access.
